It's pretty basic..."A Commercial Scale Hazer Plant of this size would be able to supply a fleet of approximately 200 buses, 150 – 400 freight trucks or approximately 6,000 light passenger vehicles".
Sounds to me like they are saying a commercial scale Hazer Plant can supply a fleet of 6,000 cars not just for one day but all day every day. I'm not sure why anyone would think it's for one day only
