You make fair points re-patents...

But there are 2 big holes in that argument.

No.1 Coca Cola never patented their recipe, it is just a trade secret, from the conversations I have had with management and communications managers, the hazer process is unique enough to not need patenting straight away, which leads me to
2. We have a partner with a tonne of cash who could take the tech and steal it tomorrow. There must be some iron clad deal in the agreement stopping that from happening. if that is the case why not take on another who will do the same??? Someone with very deep pockets to accelerate the tech, as MIN have done for graphite, do the same for hydrogen.

As I have said many times, I believe the biggest threat to this tech is time. If it takes too long to come to market, it may be obsolete before it gets to there in 2023...

There are many companies that know about hazer, and Geoff Pocock has much interest brought to the table in the form of MOU’s that could have gone further. Why haven’t they?? I don’t think the interest would have disappeared from the likes of primetals??? Or Pan American Hydrogen.. It seems something has changed. Possibly the pump and dump attitude of Mac equity that Pocock was a part of. But the interest from those enormous companies could still be there.

And if that were the case, that a deep pocketed company took on the hydrogen side of things would they still be pushing as hard towards bio fuels? Could that just be another avenue after the natural gas line is cranking and earning big bucks. Cause with all the pre-processing that sounds like is required for bio fuels I wonder how much extra cost that would add to the plant build. Like buying a Ferrari for your first car. Spend up big to get good results...

And is that the avenue being sought just so that ARENA funding can pay for the plant??

It would be interesting to be a fly on the wall to hear the ‘discussions’ that are taking place.
