Was still mind boggled after late dinner.
Pleased to report in alive and well - treated like royalty and thought of all -
thought of M when smiling surgeon wrote 'left' on my left leg and will know which foot to start dance on.
(so that's how he got 2 honours)
NBD and red cedar came to mind when theatre guy introduced himself and said he looked
after equipment and I am thinking 'tools' and Confucius jokes and packed me up and thought of G2.
You guys are becoming real. Knew bunbun would be rooting for me and sorry to bore u but what an
experience.
Who was taking blood pressure when I was sitting in chair - remote controlled automatic cuff.
Pre op I was fussed over with heated blankets and in pre op room had cocoon on me with warm air
pumped in to have hot legs and veins easier to see.
All so new and exciting.
Did not even feel needle in hand from aneathetist.
Will know what to expect next time.

Fabulous weather in Melbourne and did a 20 min walk in garden last night and again in the early
hours of this morn.

Had text from friend R and she is in more trouble with her knees than I am. Cortesone injections and fluid poor love.
Our timing couldn't be worse when it comes to looking after each other.

Best not write a book. Back to see surgeon today. Under instructions not to shower for 48 hours. Lovely filthy oldie.
