The GPI deal hasn't even closed and that's what they were issued for. If he does get the share price up and puts money in, this will be the first time he has put money in. And there is no way he is taking a pay cut, but some of his managers are. And they aren't getting free shares or free options.

I'm not saying this isn't a good development. The new Chair is addressing investors concerns head on. That is to be applauded. But to say he has some personal cost is untrue. They are options, not obligations. He was paid over a million in cash and scrip last year and that all came at a time of significant and real personal cost to you guys.
