No doubt Latitude need to be in the BNPL space so they can hold their dominant position with Harvey Norman, JB HiFi/TGG.
Z1P is too expensive for them at current valuation. Maybe they are sniffing around at OpenPay or one of the unheard of BNPL providers. It would be better for them to acquire the technology rather than develop it themselves, to save time
