Residential sites in Poipet can fetch anywhere between USD200 and 300 per square metre, while commercial locations hover between USD1,500 and USD2,000 per sqm, reported Dith Channa. Suburban sites are valued between USD30 and USD100 per sqm.

DNA pay $360m USD to acquire Star Vegas, with current property valuation boom, and Poipet potential as the middle class Las Vegas for Thai and Chinese who can’t afford Macau. I think DNA could flog Star Vegas off for at least $250m USD, if not more.
Joey Lim did have great vision to forecast the potential for what Poipet can/will become. Except, his choice of business partner and management of the casino is crappy, leading losses.
