Seems like a long time between announcements here,, am unfamiliar with Australian Listing Rules and Governance but WPG has now not been trading for a considerable amount of time,,
How long can shareholders be left in the Dark? is there any constitutional time frame , 2 years? 3 years?
Has anyone received a response from the Administrators , do they have an obligation to report to shareholders?
Seems if walking away from an ASX listed Company can cause so much confusion, how well were the records kept??
In todays modern age it would seem plausible to wrap up a company in weeks with electronic accounting, sure there was murmurs of a deeper investigation but by now surely criminal authorities would be called in to review...
Possibly time to activate the media button,,,,, maybe the Herald will gain more substance from the Administrators?
