Aside, there is no way NMS is set up to deal with an $8B contract slice at the moment. I would feel uncomfortable with it because they could be stepping on a minefields on the legal side, thereby changing the risk exposure of the company at a very early stage. Due diligence is critical with a company like BP so happy for NMS to continue getting feeds.
