Tancoal would seem to have the cash to pay the demand assuming it's still 1.2M. Im no tanzanian legal expert but doubt you could appoint an administrator in the absence of tancoal defaulting on a court judgment (subject of course to the terms of the contract between tancoal and caspian). Anyways, F caspian if they've over promised and under delivered and, since 30% of Tancoal is owned by NDC, I'm confident we'll get a fair hearing.
