I agree goodenuff.
The danger with MIN being that partner, is what do they then get out of their money for stumping up for the commercial hydrogen plant when they already have the PTR?? More shares?? If they take all the product from the company and hold exclusivity rights over the lot. How does hazer change the world? All that happens is MIN get rich, and the tech stays stale.
One person I do have time for in the hazer team, (even though he fed me a few lines at the investor luncheon) is Andrew.
The tech that he ‘stumbled upon’ (as all good discoveries go, read his thesis to understand what I mean) is solid and very very exciting. He literally could make a massive dent in the energy issues that we have with this discovery, and from my conversations with him, this is a big part of his goal. (While getting filthy rich along the way, and deservedly so)..
But that doesn’t seem to be the goal at the moment. Efficiency and answering to ‘the MAN, I mean MIN.’ The money is in graphite, the planet is in hydrogen. They don’t have the money to get to the hydrogen part without the graphite. But that graphite royalty (by the credit Swiss report) may not be seen until 2022.
As I said in my earlier post.. get a partner to accelerate a bigger FBR plant with very deep pockets. Rinse repeat. The partner AND hazer would be massive, taking a stranglehold on (as selfmade pointed out) big carbon credits, graphite market dominance (MIN can make as many batteries as they want with their first option to buy clause in their agreement, and the hydrogen then gets sold to the highest bidder.
Set up your algae farms right next door and funnel off your CH4 produced into the hazer reactors and take the CO2 straight out of the atmosphere as graphite. Everyone wins.
If MIN control both graphite and hydrogen they own hazer revenue and the rights to everything. I don’t think MIN will be the deal they are ‘looking for’. And I don’t think another partner will hold first right of refusal to the hydrogen as MIN does with graphite.
P.S. I don’t hold right now, but I am still a massive beleiver in the tech.. just not the direction I was told the company is going in.. that can change very quickly if the ego is let go.
