I'II try and set this out so that its more free flowing and better comparisions:
IRTC Total shares when listing 6,294,118m Shares On Issue Now 24.46m SP's when listing - Usd $17.00 Current Shareprice Usd $69.43 MC when listing 107,000,000m MC now - 1.76Billion
BEAT Total shares when listing 4,500,000m Shares On Issue Now 33.75m SP when listing Usd $18.00 Current Shareprice Usd $58.12 MC when listing 81,000,000m Mc now - 1.9Billion
If we have a look at how many shares were issued in the IPO for both BEAT & IRTC, you will see they have been relatively small, both under 10,000,000m. I think we can expect that the shares to be issued by GMV will likely be small approx 8m, and with a SP around Usd $15.
It is going to be very interesting as to the possible scenarios given the different combinations with future revenues. But rest assured Dr G will have it all sorted out as he has the most to gain from all of this venture and I have all the faith and confidence in his abilities.
