30m was probably all they had and would have been less than 5%, so no notices would have been issued. I think this happened a while ago- effectively crashing the price from 10c to where it is now. I am not 100% sure about this, but it is what I have heard.
Never easy to average down, but I have noticed Neil Biddle buying on market from 10c all the way down to 4c. If it’s good enough for him, I will follow the leader!

I thought your post re Polymetal was very very interesting.
That company makes $500mUS profit per year and has 9 operating gold mines in Eastern Europe. Maybe they want to diversify and build a big operation in Kalgoorlie? It would indeed be an interesting JV. If not Polymetal, some other well established miner perhaps!
