If your unit economics are correct, which I dont doubt they are, and the industry environment is as favorable as you say it is, which anyone can confirm using the internet, then the fair value of this company today is a ten digit number. And nobody would understand that better than management, so if its drastically undervalued, its part of their job to correct that.
I dont think they have done anything nefarious, and clearly they have created a lot of wealth for minority shareholders as well as themselves. Even though disclosure has been selective, at least it has been frequent and technically honest. But every time Lev picks up another dollar for ten cents, I wonder if he wouldnt just like to buy the whole thing? Here we sit with $15k traded all morning and a $250m valuation. Would shareholders throw in the towel for $10 a share tomorrow? Or is there enough support on these boards to block a takeover? I'm not familiar with ASX takeover rules.
