the less blessed among us are assuming that as petrol goes up then the usage of toll roads etc will decline, the reality is different.
you can either travel at a constant speed on a toll road using minimum fuel or you can sit in congestion on public roads and use more, once the "experts' get there head around this then Transurban can return to their business of permitting quick and cost effective alternatives to clogged urban cities
