The courts are a nightmare and there is every chance BRL will win on a technicality.
Most of these sorts of cases are resolved by an out of court settlement before they go to court.
If they lose again there is every chance a payment schedule could be negotiated.
Will be interesting to see what sort of fair interest rate is used for the interest cost.........I suspect the 8% I used is a bit low.
I fully support the company rolling the dice and appealing......very good reward for the risk.
