Based on the rant above I suspect you haven't really bothered to do any research yourself and just go off what you read on HC...

ORE has been plagued with issues from day one and I suspect they are glossing over some very significant problems with the plant, concentrated brine feedstock / inventory management and the process flowsheet they designed the plant around. It doesn't take a genius to realise that their focus is ramping up production volume/output of tech grade instead of resolving issues preventing the increased output of purified BG spec which from all reports is subpar anyway. Hence the LiOH JV path with TT which will utilise their subpar tech grade Li2Co3 as feedstock and their proposed Stage 2 plant at Olaroz not incorporating a purification circuit.

One thing you don't seem to understand is the severe lack of specialist chemical engineers who have the know how to produce BG Li2Co3 from brine. Why do you think Ganfeng went after Pablo with a open chequebook some 18mths ago ?? As someone has stated recently, he is probably one of the top 5 lithium chemical engineers/experts in the world... If Ganfeng can't attract talent then ORE are seriously going to struggle given they are a bit of a laughing stock in the lithium world.

Why do you think GXY are looking into unproven & unconventional processing technology ? Perhaps they don't have a chemical process or the expertise / team to achieve consistent top spec via conventional pond processing methods. Explains why they have been dragging their feet for 3 years and needed to sell the northern tenements to avoid a CR or debt facility that keeps Mt C ticking over given its marginal profitability.

You can drill up a massive brine resource with the best grades etc etc but unless you can actually produce a marketable product, your only option is to sell it off or bring in a JV partner with the skills and know how to actually realise any value from said resource.

Eg. Lithium One, effectively sold SdV & JB to Galaxy via a merger. Same mob start Lithium X, acquire nearby assets in Arg, drill, prove up JORC and sell it off. Why ?? Because they know how hard it is to develop a project and the limited availability of experts who can achieve production of top spec product.

The fact remains AGY have a scaleable chemical process to produce BG Li2Co3 and have achieved this in a very short period of time in comparison to other Li brine players / pretenders. Mitsibushi sales agreement validates their approach to date IMO

No one is doubting the Stage 3 build out and production ramp up is going to incur challenges along the way, but when you have the design and proven scaleable chemical process prior to building a scaled up version, plus a top 5 li brine expert at the helm, its unlikely any problems encountered are impossible to solve.
