You are right ....they wont pay.
Tried this on NSW central coast
ILLEGAL CLEARING AND
BUILDING A MOSQUE
IN RESIDENTIAL AREA.
They wont pay and this
will go on till the judge
gives up and lets them
get away with it.
Have to resume the
land and sell it.
Pull down the building
and put all costs on the
sale of the land.
Is it happening in other states
VIC QLD etc
