    Here we go again

I doubt many here are saying property will not at some time in the future take off again and yes history shows it has always recovered in the past eventually.

In relation to entering real estate invesments NOW

The point is why lock up funds especially in a leveraged position when in the short period the asset is very likely to lose value and there is a very good chance you could buy a similar asset in the short to medium term for less than what it would cost now.

In relation to invesments already entered.

If you are not to heavily leveraged, can offord to service the loan and are not to concerned about being in a paper loss postion and potentially being in a negative capital position, sit tight things will recover but I would not be expecting it to happen in the near future.
