Biggest one for RI would be loss of credibility, WP remiss in staking his ‘rep’ on no more CRs, missed forecast, over promising and under delivering after claims of ‘I have never missed a forecast’, things going along great etc etc.

Failure to keep Ratty and Minderoo on board and, arguably, from that the failure to sell the company at the 30 cent CR.

WP not a ‘newbie’, CodeRed was supposed to rein costs in!, maybe the clue was in the ‘Red’ .... Danger!

Has seriously been caught out, end result is that this company likely to be sold out for less than 10 cents, 1 cent pre-consolidation!

Has left Admedus, seemingly, in a poor negotiating position in view of best possible deals for MDD sale and a TAVR deal because of lack of funds.

From here on in RI will be praying for some sort of revival in the sp despite all the above.

I could be be wrong about all the above but that sure as heck looks like what is happening right now, seemingly WP may have been out of his depth here.
