Well you could argue board and management had to protect themselves from an unappreciative retail shareholder base that really has little idea, why would anyone vote them down last year after the turn around in numbers presented after the code red.
It’s obvious to me that type of shareholder base couldn’t be trusted with the future of the company so a couple of Institutional investors that have some concept of what they are endeavoring to achieve were required to protect shareholders from themselves, at any price!
I’m tipping that’s an alternative view that’s not appreciated by the majority.
