- pre boil veg,then pre bake
- add the fush,and drizzle some oil
- bake on high with high heat,
- cover and bake on low,,,
- remove lid and high heat brown the skin of fush
- cover again,and steam till juices thicken
- eat while watching the movie,,,Marry and Max, with a few glasses of wine,
- then get stuck into the cookie

PS the Madam's verdict is that NBD advised the wrong veggies,and she would have used a faster cooking way
and should have made a lemon sauce,,, with dill,with potatoes as a light bechamel suace,,,,,
