The share price is not moving anywhere because investors are waiting for the recent second CR. What is the point of buying at .002 while they can buy it at .0018 in a few weeks. I bet if the CR is canceled or revised for a higher share price, then the spike will move up very quickly.
Don't be too greedy everyone, you might miss the train. Remember, we have found something valuable underground and it may be very big.
