There are two Australian Territories in the Indian Ocean, both with Muslim settlements. I have just left one after 30 years of living there, they still take their young daughters away to Malaysia to get cut, it's just what they do. I was out fishing with a Malay friend about 10 years ago and I asked him about Jihad, he just laughed and said "I would have to kill you"....and he meant it.
