They wont be getting mine cheap either if I have anything to say about it. What concerns me is how a "fair "price is arrived at under compulsory acquisition. I had a similar situation happen some years ago with AV Jennings and got totally ripped off but they had the law on their side.
Do you or anyone out there know how this price would be arrived at? -it looks pretty certain to me that this is going to happen.
