The only way forward is to sell the infusions business at any reasonable price and walk away from the vaccine unit or give up our 23% for a promise of funding. Then we come to the great but expensive hope of TAVR. Sell it for $15 to $20m. We keep our Adapt supply for the TAVR and hopefully 4C valves if they come to fruition. Appoint the EU head as CEO and outsource the sales team. That way we become profitable at least . If the TAVR becomes successful we enjoy a future annual profit in the 10s of millions as per $2000 per Adapt material per valve.
