Hi all....what are peoples thoughts re the 6 resolutions to be voted on at the BWN General Meeting?? Namely Res 1,4-6? I'm pretty new to all this and still trying to get my head around what it all means.
At this stage I think i'm happy with res 1-5, but am a little apprehensive about res 6! what's the deal?? They say that 'current shareholders will be offered a priority allocation of shares in Capricorn Metals Ltd'. What do they mean by 'priority allocation'? Does that mean we'll have to pay for them?? As a shareholder don't I effectively already own these assets? Shouldn't I be GIVEN a priority allocation in Capricorn??!
Any advice/discussion would be most welcome...cheers
