Pretty sure they wouldn't legally be able to leave these small details out of a legal prospectus released via the asx platform.

They mention a few things..None of which are AGMPL or Aus Gem Stone Mining.

I think Neil might be having a break but I'm sure he will clear this up.

You could send Sholom an email for formal comment on said impact to CGB's recompliance but I doubt it's the road block.

@Basileus Do you believe that the company prospectus would legally be able to leave out any information relating to AGMPL or Aus Gem Stone Mining that prevented it from recompliance?
