Hi Bas, I would agree with you, however, from my digging, I have found some very interesting information over the past few months. The first being obvious that AGMPL and AGV/QBL/CGB have been so intertwined since 2006, where do you draw the line at "arms length"? Unsecured loans to another company that you are major shareholder and director of that has supplied (sic) executive services to for years, been paid twice to do the same job sitting on both boards, being paid rent to the same company that is providing these services to the publicly listed company that so happens to be the address for both companies and the same address you live in and your names are on the title? All this information is publicly available.
