Phil, there was a Dow Jones Newswire release this afternoon stating that Sino believe MMX cannot use their 9.9% stake in MIS to vote for the reverse takeover, meaning Sino need only 45% for a blocking stake. The release also says MIS board is a having a board meeting which may prove pivotal for the future of MIS. PK and advisers are currently in New York briefing investors, no doubt trying to tell Harbinger everything is ok!!! not at the moment.
