Not in and of itself! It entirely depends on the success of the company in convincing financiers to take on the risk of funding the project. We have now been, allegedly, in 'advanced' discussions with tier 1 financiers for 12 months.
Why is it taking so long and where have we got to and how much longer will it take?
Clearly the initial BFS could not get it over the line or it would be all settled now. Will the optimised BFS do the trick? That is the big gamble here. A more prudent conclusion would have been:
Our time may come....
