To start of with Brent you are still holding so at this stage you have not lost anything unless the company went belly up and you got nothing back . I used to run a company involved in the Building industry and had the misfortune to get ripped of about 80 k at the time (1991 ) . There were a lot of people talking class action back then so we were all invited to a meeting with the solicitors . Turned out they wanted everyone to pay upfront about 10 k regardless of how much was owed to you . I thought it a bit unfair as In some cases contractors were owed 500 k or more . The poor little contractors owed 20 k were expected to throw in half what they were owed with no guarantee of a result The concrete supplier was owed over 600 k and their solicitor was present and thought everyone was throwing good money after bad so no one pursued it . If your holding it's just a wait and see game , One thing for sure Wayne will be busting his arse trying to get some sort of deal across the line as he would not like this current disaster on his next resume
