This is my first post here, I read it everyday since buying a small amount of shares last June. I don't own any other shares just wanted to support and be part of the cannabis future and chose this share mainly for my faith in AK. Anyway I'm only posting now because of an email i received yesterday from IG share trading platform, i have been waiting for someone else to post this but no one has.
We no longer offer share trading on recreational cannabis shares

Due to the evolving political and regulatory landscape surrounding recreational cannabis-related securities, we have decided to stop offering share trading on the below cannabis shares.
Please note that CFD trading on cannabis shares and our soon-to-be-launched Cannabis Index will not be affected. You can continue to access these markets as normal.
Which stocks are no longer available for share trading?
With immediate effect, you can no longer invest in the following companies and ETFs with IG:

What will happen to my existing shareholdings?
If you are invested in the affected companies with IG, you’ll need to sell your shares by 9am AEST on Friday 24 May 2019.If you have not sold your shares by then, we will have to sell them on your behalf at the prevailing price and return the funds to you.
Please note that, given the current uncertainty, we cannot transfer your share trading positions to alternative brokers. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this causes you.

I have spoken with them and it seems this is exactly as it appears, but they were very vague about what will happen as we are in trading halt and how they will sell them on May 24th, and for some unknown reason I am unable to transfer them to another trader. I want to keep them, doesn't seem i have a choice.
