Tesla missed expectations on both revenue and profitability in the first quarter and isn't expected to make a profit in the second quarter, which leads to speculation that they may need to do a CR.

Given that Tesla are one of our offtake partners, it is prudent to keep track of how they are performing. I don't believe they are in danger of going broke yet, and they could easily raise a few billion in capital if necessary, but it is still worth keeping an eye on.
