    Sorry about that, bu couldn't resist the comment. lol

    Bought srk today. It's fallen 20% this week. That's 80% of a total loss on the 16.67% stake. I figure I'll gladly take 20% of the risk involved (the seller takes 80%). In addition, the mkt isn't open for four days. A lot can happen in that time. Hopefully pent-up buyers on Tuesday !!!?

    As for the legal question...none of us know. Hence 'the buy' as a risk proposition.
