I spoke to the company and they said even if you owned 100 shares you would get prospectus and priority form.
But reading their annoucement looks like dgr are in the business of spinning out coys, so worth just hanging onto a min parcel, for further spin outs. In fact, could sell off all but a toke number of shares, just to be on their list.
With this Phosphate resource, how hot is the open going to be, after it lists?
