VIV funding negotiations need significant step up if they are to prosper. Not so long ago VIV was trading 5-6 cents range, and then a failed CR at 3 cents now a floor price of 2 cents. management credentials are very high on paper but I don't understand how they get in to this levels... anyway if price comes down closer to 2 cents area I will punt some money to see what happens.
