Not sure what century you are all from, I am thinking the dark ages...but how many times with any company, business, corporation, etc.. have boards been reshuffled, resignations tendered, etc... their job is done and obviously the Oz directors didn't see eye to eye with the 2 big knobs & remaining board members and decided to move on, big F%$#$% deal !

Move on ! as the company is doing...with pending appointments to follow shortly on higher calibre, results driven industry people !

did anyone bother to read the annc in its full entirety, rather than nit pick certain sections of it ?
