There were other non ANZ parties at the meetings including his lawyers, Ferriers and Julian Smith. I am sure they will corroborate.
What ANZ fear is the witness box...because there they will be under oath. Thats why liquidation is the only way to take this, so the full sordid story is laid bare...the bank and its wicked deeds.
