Dont hold your breathe for a prospectus. Opes was being backdoored (the term seems most appropriate now) into the listed shell REO. All information that was available to shareholders is, of course, available from REO's ASX releases.
Most amusing was the due diligence reports which turned out to not be worth a pinch of shute. REO shareholders hadn't voted on the proposal and only just escaped being dragged in also which would have been based on more garbage information. Haven't heard a word about REO directors chasing the accounting firm for our money back!!! Probably just happy to have got out alive....
