I would be surprised if there is any SI from Morgans left. They CR in Sept 2018 at 22c
so those Morgan SI are still out of the money. Most would have dumped before xmas 2018 and taken a heavy loss.

More so they bought the stock as it was undervalue at 10c hoping to make a quick 10% profit and since there were so little action with very low volume for a while, their exit caused the pps to drop to as low as 7c.
