Biggest oxymoron you can quote is to have religion and peace in the same sentence
"Thou shalt not have any other gods before me" - one of the 10 commandments
"In the name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate.Say (O Muhammad) He is God the One God, the Everlasting Refuge, who has not begotten, nor has been begotten, and equal to Him is not anyone."
“And whoever of you reverts from his religion [to disbelief] and dies while he is a disbeliever – for those, their deeds have become worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and those are the companions of the Fire, they will abide therein eternally.” (Quran, 2:217)
Apostasy is punishable by death according to most schools of Islamic jurisprudence. This sentence is still in effect in some Muslim countries, unfortunately.
With dogmatic foundations like these it is hardly surprising that these two religions have been racking up a massive death toll over the centuries.
