i personally think that there is NO chance of BWN not retaining a % of the new entity... That wld be just silly , and just isnt really done in "spin offs"
current BWN shareholders will be given 'priority" allocations in the new entity... Option holders (BWNO) will miss out on the priority allocations , so convert now if yr in that basket and want yr allocation in the spin off..
my self , im not interested in the spin-off and wont be converting till thye last minute..
as you say , horses for courses but either way , the outlook for BWN is lean and mean and im along for the ride..
we shld be flying along side Cokatoo Coal fairly soon i reckon..
