Probably the right decision, it wouldn't have been the best outcome go in to another WFE type 12 month suspension. They always mentioned stakeholders (plural) so imagine it may have been another complex The Art of the Deal with numerous parties involved.
Hopefully the ASX will outline the exact points which don't comply and after learning the ropes with WFE they can wind this back a little and still get a good outcome.
