Can you tip a stock because it's simply well overdue?

As mentioned the other day, VKA is a GTT shell sitting close to cash balance (~$3.7m MC vs ~$2.4m cash). They are also owed another US $3m. They are attempting to squeeze the money out of the purchaser through the legal system in Ghana. I don't want to shock anyone here, but who could have ever envisaged a partial none-payment from a Chinese company? Mind blown.

Allegedly, they still own the rights to the tenement in the case of none-payment, but how this pans out is anyone's guess.

They have also been on the acquisition hunt for quite some time;
