it's never black and white and everything is a negotiation. it's disputed debt so they won't pay it out straight. but they will negotiate reasonable terms to make it go away.

so maybe they have $1M disputed debt because of some ad fraud. rather than get nothing the publisher might take $100K worth of our scrip at current prices and then tge $1M debt gets written off.

rest assured it's no-where near a $9m liability. I expect it all to disappear this year because EN1 are going to be profitable soon and will have access to debt financing. that will be when things really tamp up but you need to have a clean balance sheet.
