I dont particularly care either way, the point I am trying to make is that you are clearly biased again EM1 due to your interest in ESH. The fact is BOTH can succeed but more likely both will fail! but especially ESH as they have no money and need to raise funds sub 1c whereas EM1 has $1.9mil existing+$1.8mil raised i.e. almost $4mil.
Thats why you wont see ESH's quarterly until after the market closes on the last day its due.
