Retail right to be somewhat angry. Andrew Watson I think is the goto at Maurice and maybe worth touching base with IMF they will fund class action with damages over 1 million.

I feel agrieved actually with this whole communications fiasco as gxy, as I said in my post a while back it feels like retail were the last to know that a jv was not going to happen in the time as indicated. I understand all that was explained in the quarterly but why did gxy pr wait till the quarterly to tell us when it was market sensitive and should have been disclosed sooner

Why are gxy not releasing notices about its interest and updates in lpd and trk

Gekko can probably add a lot more but asic also have a statutory obligation to retail holders hmmmm the plot thickens

TBH if there is a class action the three stooges could be summoned during disclosure.. now wouldn't that be interesting 3 stooges(are you prepared for that)

@Thesi maybe something your group can discuss and also re my comments about a gxy shareholders group. I'd say we would have hundreds join.
