I don't know if you have seen that video interview of PD recently. He said 30,000 beds is breakeven point for the Australian operation. So this grant of $5m is for 100,000 beds. That means a profit of 0.7 x $5m = $3.5m. I know the calculation is simplistic but I dare bet there will be a profit, not loss as you claim.

Then you said cost will rise as roll out scale up. Again, PD said the technology is highly scalable. All it involves is a carer to download an app (no extra cost as app already done) and carer gets online training (no extra cost as training program already done). They can download 1 time or a million time. It will cost the same. Where there might be a slight increase in cost is probably employing a few more trainers to go around for support role at best.
