Thanks for posting the extra links - your initial post link only suggested the possibility of downgrades.
As a matter of interest, do you know if ANZ has exposure to these counterparties? Also, if they do in fact have exposure, then at what credit rating would ANZ need to make a provision?
These two have only been downgraded one notch, from AAA to AA, whereas the counterparty for their current provision was downgraded considerably further - to CCC
