not saying to bin CEO because he's bad - just because a microcap ceos main job is pushing the sp up to get capital - their support bases get tired after a few years so its best to keep ceo role turning over every 3 years or so unless they bring unique technical skills.

bit of dilution here shouldnt worry anyone - stock is priced at half its nta - so anyone taking scrip is buying smart and long term even with dilution

id like them to find a buyer for the scandium play to fund skaer + another project. microcap stocks talking about building their own projects are generally deluded. get a 10-40% free carry and run imo
